The Only Constant Is Change

By Teressa: In the event that you hit rock bottom, the important thing to remember is that this is the best place for you to launch from. You have been given an opportunity to change what’s not working for you externally and to also look at yourself internally. A time to reflect on the past action’s that have led to this challenging time. What situation, things, or people led to this moment? What is the root cause?

When you hit rock bottom, the physiological response can feel like you are spinning in circles whilst on a roller coaster ride through a black hole. It is in this moment that grounding your energy and pressing pause on life as you know it gives you the ability to look at different aspects of the problem with a new perspective.

The only constant in our lives is change. No matter where you are in life currently, it will change. Hitting rock bottom is the universe’s way of saying “hey, this is not working, a change is required. Your mindset needs to shift in a positive direction no matter how bleak everything may appear right now. That looks like gratitude for everything in your life right now, accountability for your part in getting to this place, acceptance, and new formed habits that also reinforce your positive mindset. The biggest lesson you can learn from all of this is to be kind and to patient with yourself and to see this change through.

Nothing that is worthwhile happens overnight. By having faith and hope in the conscious changes you put together will make all the difference. Taking stock of everything you do have in your life and again being grateful for each thing in your life right now, ultimately helps to shift the stagnant energy changing the vibration in which you are emitting and sending out.

The small steps to making change are the big strides that make the most difference. Small changes in your everyday life become lifestyle changes that stick. The path may be narrow, but it will guide you and aide in moving you towards the direction you are meant to head.

When you have hit rock bottom, it’s ok to have a bad day. But, you have to remember it’s not a bad life and this too will pass. How you tackle your emotional response with ego trying to keep you comfortably numb inside a spectrum of sadness, inevitably shifts the course of your timeline here on earth.

Rock bottom doesn’t feel great, but, remember that this is designed to make you sit up and listen to hear the subtleties of the universe. Who has been trying to guide you all along?

Let your rock bottom be the solid foundation to rebuild a new life, today!
