Inside My Spiritual Heart

By Janet: Inside my spiritual heart gives direction and a sense of being nourished loved and fulfilled in Life itself. Nature will always assist this to happen; 
if you give nature the chance to openly connect with you to cleanse and clear your heart naturally of negative buildup that resides in our hearts from our lives as humans on earth.

We must allow time to process what we have truly experienced spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.


Every month it is good to reflect, give loving prayers and thanks, blessings to spirit and the environment including the outdoor area. All of which are jewels of blessings around us where we receive positive energy unto our spiritual heart.

Where I come home to myself, where I feel worthy, secure and nourished by life and nature itself. How do we achieve this; by allowing complete self love of whom we are, accepting what we do, what we can make happen in our every day life which is magical in itself. Create a quiet time to do this, close your eyes and imagine a chair that is inside your spiritual heart, imagine your spiritual hearts energy, what does it look like, what is the shape of it?

Note that’ll of the things that make this glorious spiritual chair yours. Now the walls or energy around the chair, what does it feel like? What colours come to mind or do you perceive. There maybe greyness that you can sense that could require you to cleanse this energy to enlighten and enliven your heart. Imagine yes imagine something to cleanse to get rid of that grey or dark energy affecting your heart.

Don’t be afraid you can cleanse this yourself. Spirit will guide you yourself, when it is cleaned up. Ask the Angels of Light Eternal to send down a flow of white Light wash under the chair and under your feet cleansing everywhere and blessing your Pathway and your perceptions in life. When you are finished come back to the here and now, the day, the time, the year. Know that you are safe and loved in the Angelic Light and realm of God.

Can you apply this into your everyday life ? Often this can be the biggest objection when we as humans try to harness the energy and control it. The energy you will see is unique for you, is your Spiritual Heart. The biggest objections are, I can’t, I won’t, I don’t see anything when everybody can sense or feel or see or hear negative energy even smell it.

You can do this mostly because it is a safe practise of which brings your heart lightness and happier connectivity in life. You will attract or connect with like minded souls and become happier. Decision making will be easier, Love connections with your heart stronger and assists the physical heart to manifest and understand reality and dreams. It assists our understanding of that which is metaphysical to our own capacity.

It brings home the centre of our belief in Love and creation as humans in life. As you lift off the negative energy ask the Angelic realm to dispense of it and send it back to where it came from, you can ask the Angels to come in and dispense of all the negative energy for you.

This will allow you to then bask in your own unique beauty with whom you are and be surprised how you change and energies around you change your path is expression of Love and that what really matters.
