By Sarah: Many of you who are drawn to this space are experiencing unfamiliar, sometimes unsettling changes.
Your relationships are shifting. You may be moving house—or even countries.
Long-standing connections with family or friends are falling away, sometimes suddenly, sometimes painfully.
This is not random.
Humanity is standing at a crossroads. The collective field is chaotic: war, unsettling truths surfacing, fear-driven narratives, and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence. At the same time, something else is happening—quieter, deeper, more powerful.
A choice.
We are being asked to choose a love-based reality of our own creation. And those who are not conscious, not awake, not willing to grow… simply cannot come with us anymore.
Manifesting as One
With love, it is essential that your partner—romantic or otherwise—is an awakened soul like you. A Divine Masculine or Divine Feminine mirror, someone who can manifest with you, not drain you.
If someone remains unconscious—if their energy is dead, toxic, or depleting—they will be removed from your life, no matter how much you love them. This is not punishment. It is alignment.
You have a calling.
It is time to follow it and reconnect with the Divine.
Use prayer. Use the spoken word. Speak your new reality into existence.
Be clear about what you want—because you are the Director of your own life.
As an ascended soul walking in the Light, you will begin to sense when certain energies are no longer compatible with yours. This can be family members, group leaders, colleagues, or even celebrities.
A gentle practice, if you wish to deepen your awareness:
When standing in a queue or public space, center yourself and softly scan the energy around you. You may sense emotions, intentions, or states of consciousness. Do not fear this—it is a natural progression of awakening.
Light and Shadow: Understanding Energetic Misalignment
Those who walk in the Light are not perfect. They are self-aware, accountable, and willing to grow.
Those operating from the shadow are not evil—but they are unconscious, often driven by unresolved pain, fear, and the need for control.
Here are signs you may be interacting with shadow-based or toxic energy—and how it affects you:
You never quite know where you stand. One moment they are kind or loving; the next, cold or dismissive. Conversations go in circles and nothing truly resolves.
This confusion signals energetic incongruence—their words, emotions, and actions do not align.
You begin to doubt yourself:
“Did that really happen?”
“Maybe I misunderstood.”
“Maybe I’m the problem.”
This is not spiritual humility. It is a loss of self-trust caused by repeated energetic invalidation.
Your body feels tense around them, even when nothing appears “wrong.”
The nervous system often senses misalignment before the conscious mind does.
You monitor your tone, words, and emotions to avoid triggering them.
This is not love—it is self-abandonment for safety.
Light feels spacious. Shadow feels restrictive.
Your self-care declines. Joy feels undeserved. Your energy is consumed by managing the relationship instead of nurturing yourself.
This happens when your life force is being drained rather than replenished.
You diminish yourself—joking at your own expense or criticizing yourself, even in front of them.
This is a fawn response, not truth. The soul does not naturally shrink.
They hurt you, yet you are the one apologizing.
Light takes responsibility. Shadow deflects it.
Your mind loops endlessly, replaying conversations and “what you should have said.”
This mental exhaustion comes from trying to restore coherence in an incoherent dynamic.
Sleep becomes disturbed. Your body stays alert, unable to fully rest.
When we are not energetically safe, the nervous system does not power down.
You become hyper-aware of moods, facial expressions, and energy shifts.
This is survival awareness, not intuition flourishing.
You no longer trust their words—and eventually, you stop trusting your own judgment.
This disconnection from inner knowing is often when people seek guidance from a psychic or oracle like myself.
Creativity, focus, and work feel harder.
Your energy is being pulled outward instead of anchored within.
You feel guilty for wanting peace, space, or joy.
Guilt thrives where boundaries are punished.
You withdraw. Others don’t understand, or explaining feels impossible. Shame may grow—though none of this is your fault.
Light connects. Shadow isolates.
Eventually, depletion sets in—emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually. You may feel numb, trapped, or resigned.
This is your soul speaking.
Your True Task
Being “asleep” does not make someone evil—but remaining unconscious causes harm.
Walking in the Light does not mean perfection—it means awareness, empathy, responsibility, and growth.
Yes, part of your path is to awaken others.
But your task is also to protect your energy, honor your truth, and stay aligned with your soul.
Light does not argue.
Light does not confuse.
Light does not demand your self-erasure.
Light feels clear—even when it is difficult.
I am here to help you see and navigate your human path during these strange and treacherous times. You are on the wake-up list—and you will get through this.
The world has split in two. There is a battle between Dark and Light.
The Light has already won—but we must still navigate challenges to strengthen faith in ourselves.
A New Earth is loading.
Have no fear.
Love and Light,
Sarah
