By Rani: If you wish to view energy for what it is you will have to remove all you have been taught by spiritual fanatics and religious “experts”.

Their radical ideas and linear minds blind you from what is all around you. Everything is simple and you can connect the dots if you think logically. In order to view something you have to train your eyes not your mind.

1: Night time activities

Roam around the house at night time on the ground like a cat. I know it sounds absurd but your energy frequency is low. Therefore you will only see energy on the ground and not above. You and no one else on Earth beside myself have currently unlocked that perception.

2: Suffocation

Go under the blankets and pretend you are suffocating. Notice nothing around you and have no thoughts. This is to remove your own demons who blind you from seeing energy. You also have to learn how to have a low heart rate and longer breaths. Self suffocation will aid this.

3: Stare into a flame

Stare into a flame without blinking and without moving. This is to imprint the flames code into your mind. A dot in your vision should imprint and remain there for a few days up to a few weeks depending on how long you stared into the flame. This fake dot is where a real dot will appear once you can successfully see energy. This is your marker. Bare in mind when the dot first appears it will be black. No one beside myself has successfully turned it into light. This will take you up to 13 billion lifetimes. So to begin training now is vital.

4. Imprinting code

Stare at a still image for a long time. Allow the image to appear in reality from staring at it too long. Begin with black and white as your frequency is black. Allow the dot to turn into what I call ants. They will trace the image you have to allow them to carry this out consistently and not let the image fade.

5. Tip toe and wear heels

You have been misled and believe it is above but is currently below. High heels and being on your tip toes allows you to gain energy from above. If you go on your tiptoes it will help you level up. If you level up you may one day be able to view energy for what it is.

6. Carry a Cross

If you carry a cross it will help you remove your low frequency energy. Keep in mind though if you seek karma that very power may be used against you.
