By Bridgette: Creating your new reality: Wouldn’t it be the most beautiful thing if you could create your new reality? It would mean that you are in charge of your life, to choose what you want or not want to happen to you. If your thoughts really created your reality in an instant that would be magical.

Well that is not exactly how it works. As consciousness is an expansive field that extends way beyond the physical matter, chemicals, or the body itself here are some factors to contemplate.

The best proof is to look at things that exist in your life, for example. The current Job in your life, trace it back to when it started…or if you are married or single, trace it back and just see how it started. What was the beginning? I suggest 99 percent of the time it is easy to see that it began with a “small thought”, a consideration. So let’s just say you had this small passing thought and then you didn’t think about it for a couple of weeks or a couple of months, then later you read some article that reminded you about it.

A couple of months later the more you thought about it the more thoughts accumulated. Further down you decide you need to make a decision about it. Now it started to predominate thoughts and you started to see all kinds of things related to it, finally you felt compelled to act on it. We have thousands of thoughts every day, much of the input we get is still more thoughts. But by now you start to realize that your thoughts are the most precious things, so you might want to decide what your ears want to hear and what you want to think. It is good to slow down and calm your mood and meditate in silence every now and then. Firstly you want to become aware of your beliefs! One way to do this is to imagine that beliefs is like a pair of glasses (spectacles) that you are wearing, you see through it and perceive the world through this “lens” that filters what you’re seeing, calling the belief just a thought, because you forget that you’re seeing things through these glasses (belief).

This is why it is difficult for people to get rid of those beliefs which more often than not is contrived from fears and false information and more often than not from other people’s opinions. In fact there is physical evidence in your brain and body that shows that it reacts as though the experience has already happened. The physical body actually feels the emotion before the event, because that emotion is giving the body a sample of the new future.

A good mental exercise that you can do is to write down the thoughts of the old self that stands in your way, so that you can become aware that you no longer entertain such thoughts and emotions. Understand that the consciousness that keeps your heart beating and digestive system going is the same invisible force that creates super nova’s in different galaxies and causing flowers to bloom, it is both personal and universal, it’s within you and all around you. You can see, taste, smell, but it is the giver of life, it is consciousness and awareness. Thus awareness means paying attention. So! either you will be defined by visions of the future or memories of the past. When you stop creating it just means you’re more in love with your past than your future, that’s all!

This intelligence that is giving you life, the Observer” as such, you can develop a relationship with it. And when your world matches its world, when your mind matches its mind and your love for life matches its love for life. It always answers the call Trust to use your thoughts wisely.

Wishing you love and light ,
