By Bridgette:<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span> Through meditation and reflection, we experience spiritual forces that go beyond the limited confines of the rational cognitive mind. Whether there are value or benefits, in trying to name those forces, I don\u2019t know, but I can say for sure that the common quality that always manifests is compassion. <\/span><\/p>\n

\"1bridgette2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Compassion, like the sun, is an impartial and powerful healing blessing that shines on all beings, whether they be good or bad and whether they believe in it or not. Compassion is expressed through the discerning ability to help in an appropriate manner. It manifests as an all-embracing caring that arises within the mind, a caring that sees all forms of life and beings as equal. It can arise only in a mind that\u2019s open and accepting of itself and others, a mind that is not stifled by preferences, judgement, intolerance, self-absorption. Because I see this I do believe that the universe is an expression and manifestation of compassion, and that the essence of our enlightened nature is compassion\u2026 if this is true, we can awaken and manifest that compassion to heal the world and ourselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our human condition brings with it a potential, the potential to become more, to finally free ourselves from the limitations we impose on ourselves through the illusion of our conditioning. Psychologically, we are capable of realizing much more than we normally do. We could live a more fulfilled life, by being happier, more loving, wiser and more compassionate. We could be more at peace with ourselves and with the world. You could say that the eyes are an expression of what you feel. You perceive the outside according to your eyes. When you are angry, you see the world through eyes of anger. When you have eyes of madness, everything will bother you, or jealousy, sadness you will begin to cry because there is rain. There is nothing to judge or interpret, but you are going to see the rain according to your emotional body. But if you have the eyes of love, you just see love wherever you go\u2026 the trees are made of love, water sky mother earth. So when you see through the eyes of love, you become one with the birds and the trees with nature or a person and everything. Then you can see with the eyes of an eagle. With your love you connect with the eagle and become its wings, or you become the rain, or the clouds. But to do this, you have to clean the mind of fear and perceive with eyes of love.<\/span><\/p>\n

When we fulfill the needs of our mind and body, our eyes see with love\u2026then you have wings to fly. We see God everywhere, we even see God behind the seed of envy, jealousy and fear of other people. You can have a relationship that fulfills your dream of Heaven, you can create a paradise, but you have to begin with you. Hunt the paradise and make a surrender, it\u2019s up to you and not up to anybody else. The compassionate heart embraces all that love signifies. Just imagine if all humans could start being truthful to themselves, start forgiving everyone, and start loving everyone. <\/span><\/p>\n

If all humans loved in this way, they would no longer be selfish, they would be open to give and receive, and they would no longer judge each other. Gossiping would be over, and the emotional poison would simply dissolve. Now we are talking about a completely different \u201cdream\u201d for the planet. It is a place where all of us can live in love because we put our attention on unconditional love.<\/span><\/p>\n
