Prioritize Your Health: One Doctor’s Visit Could Save Your Life

By Ann: We never truly know which day might be our last, yet so many of us spend our time consumed by stress.

While we worry about jobs, relationships, and everyday challenges, we often neglect the most important thing—our own well-being.

Let me share a story about my dear friend Fran, whom I’ve known for 30 years. Before Christmas 2024, she was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Since then, she has been struggling, feeling isolated and overwhelmed. She lives eight hours away from me, but with God’s guidance and the help of the Angels, I have done everything I can to support her. I have flown her to me twice for crystal healing, and she has also undergone immunotherapy.

This experience has reinforced a powerful lesson: You must take care of yourself. If you don’t, who will? I’ve seen firsthand how stress and neglecting one’s well-being can have devastating effects.

Your Mental Health is Just as Important
Many people come to me asking, “Why is this happening to me?” The truth is, before we were born, we chose the experiences we would face in this life. Whether good or bad, it’s how we handle these experiences that truly matters.

Your mental state is the foundation of your well-being. I know it’s easier said than done, but practicing positivity is essential. The moment a negative thought enters your mind, stop it in its tracks. It does not belong to you. Worrying and stressing will only make you sick.

The Power of Patience and Perspective
Many of us feel frustrated when things don’t happen as quickly as we want. But the universe won’t give you something until you are truly ready to receive it. Impatience only leads to disappointment. In my years as a psychic, I’ve learned that there is no such thing as perfect timing—only divine timing.

This also applies to love. If you claim to love someone but give up on them because you have to wait, is that truly love? Real love is unconditional. It comes without expectations, without trying to control the outcome. Expectations can destroy relationships.

Reflect on Your Life and Your Choices
Looking at my friend Fran, I see how stress and an inability to move forward contributed to her illness. Out of unconditional love, I am here to help her through this journey, and I know she will overcome it.

If you find yourself asking, “Why do bad things happen to me?” take a step back. Examine your own actions, the people in your life, and the energy you allow in. Are the people around you truly there for you? If you’re always giving to others, are you also giving to yourself?

Final Thoughts
You are the most important person in your life, and your health—both mental and physical—should be your top priority. Pray for good health, ask for guidance, and trust in divine support. Life is precious, and you deserve to live it in the best way possible.

Love and light,

Ann
